Are subscriptions and payments live right now?
AUPM Academy shares planned membership options and what they’re intended to include. If online payments or subscriptions aren’t available yet, you can still explore courses and contact us to register interest, volunteer, or ask about timelines and access.
What’s the difference between Student and Family access?
Student access is designed for one learner’s coursework and progress tracking. Family access is intended for multiple learners under a parent dashboard, with family-focused activities like challenges and shared visibility into goals, progress, and achievements.
Can we switch plans later or add more learners?
Yes. You can typically upgrade, downgrade, or add learners as your needs change. If a self-serve change option isn’t available yet, contact us and we’ll guide you through the best next step based on your household and learning goals.
Do plans include all languages and cultural subjects?
Plans are designed to cover core learning areas—languages plus cultural heritage, history, geography, and quizzes. Specific availability may vary by program as the academy expands, so check the Courses page for the current catalogue and what’s coming next.
Is there a free option or trial for new learners?
We aim to make it easy to start. Where available, you may see introductory access or limited free learning materials before choosing a membership level. If you don’t see a trial listed, contact us and we’ll share the current onboarding options.
How do competitions, points, and the wallet work with pricing?
Competitions and points are designed to motivate consistent learning—especially for families. Any points wallet, winners board, or challenge features may be introduced in phases, and membership details will clearly explain what’s included as each feature becomes available.
